These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We offer various products and services including physical products (CDs, merchandise), digital products, and services. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3. PRE-ORDERS
Some products may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items will have estimated shipping dates clearly indicated on the product page. We will make every effort to meet these dates, but delays may occur due to manufacturing or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Your payment method will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
– Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered
– Some products may include free shipping as indicated on the product page
– Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
– Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected
– We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors beyond our control
– Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed
– Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase
– Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy varies depending on the product type:
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
– Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unopened items in original condition
– Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded – please contact us within 14 days of receipt
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected
DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
– Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded
PRE-ORDERS:
– Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the estimated ship date
– After this point, all pre-orders are final

10. ORDER CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
